Provide expert clinical and product use knowledge to our business and our global channel partners:

Business: Be our product’s clinical use expert

• Serve as an expert in clinical application of Intravascular imaging by maintaining awareness of latest clinical data and usage trends.
• Maintain detailed current knowledge of competitive product solutions
• As clinical representative to project teams, provide the voice of the customer to the assigned programs, advocating for and evaluating changes to the system features and user interface.
• Train participating investigators and lab staff on clinical study workflow.
• Hands-on training and support of investigational device use at the clinical sites.
• Work closely with the Gentuity clinical research team to create cath lab workflow for investigational device studies.
• Support and ensure the success of our company sponsored clinical studies
• Site training
• Enrollment & Utilization
• Build strong site physician and tech relationships
• Represent the customer perspective in failure analysis and complaint handling processes.
• Answering detailed product and service questions. Identifying and fulfilling customer needs to achieve satisfaction. Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer orders, returns and filing documents.

Global Channel Partners: Support and ensure the success of our global channel partners

• Provide commercial training and clinical support on the Gentuity system and imaging application both in the US and internationally.
• New Product Launches: Develop the required new product training plans to lead the clinical education of our channel partners and their sales and clinical resources.
• Provide clinical updates to our global channel partners ensuring they are current regarding new clinical trial results relating to our products
• On-site support for initial customers

Other duties as assigned.



Minimum of 3 years of experience in:
• Intravascular imaging
• Coronary Cath Laboratories
• Clinical support role for a medical device company operating in these areas
• Clinical device training and support as part of investigational device studies
• Trained physicians and techs on use of investigational devices.
• Experience with supporting clinical trial research at the investigational sites.
Overnight travel.
Requires 60-80% travel by airplane or automobile. Both international and domestic.
Experience in supporting clinical studies preferred.
